Thanks so much for your order!
Check your address before placing your order -- our system validates mailing addresses but there's no way for us to know if you've left off your apartment or unit number, switched billing/shipping address - we ship according to the shipping info in our DeColonaise checkout process - Please double or even triple check your order before you confirm it. Thank you so much for understanding this!
Order Turnaround: Orders placed on our website ship the following business day after they were placed. Larger or more complex orders may take longer; but 1-3 business days is always our goal.
Our Privacy Promise: We will not do anything with your personal information aside from using it to streamline your shopping experience, ship your order to you, and occasionally email you a coupon, site update, or product update if you opt-in to our mailing list. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party.
Our Quality Promise: DeColonaise products are made with love & care with the utmost focus on quality and effectiveness. Occasionally, there may be differences from batch to batch in color, scent, or consistency due to the natural fluctuations in our wholesome ingredients. For instance, mango butter can be harder or softer, or have different scents. Even barometric pressure or humidity in our production kitchen can effect how a batch turns out! These slight differences are part of the authenticity that comes from using handmade products!
Product Safety: DeColonaise products are natural and nourishing. If you are allergies or sensitive skin use our samples to conduct a patch-test in a small area of skin first to make sure there’s no reaction.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Please contact us if you have any issues of problems with our products or site, any dispute is governed by Maryland state law and should be brought in a Maryland court of law.
Return/Refund Policy: Unopened products can be returned to us for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receipt. Because our products are handmade especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products.
Additionally, we cannot issue refunds on products that have already been shipped and not received.
We use carrier tracking confirmations as evidence of delivery, attempts to deliver, return to sender etc.
If the carrier marked the order as delivered and you have not received, please follow up with the carrier, people in your home or neighbors. We cannot issue a refund or store credit once an order is marked delivered.
If the carrier marked your order as returned we can issue a refund or store credit 7 business days after the date of return.
If the carrier has lost your package, please follow up with the carrier to resolve. We cannot issue refunds due to the errors of the carrier.
